Deadlines

Abstract submission: Monday, October 7, 2024
No abstract submission will be possible after the deadline.
Free on-line registration: Monday, October 14, 2024
On-site registration will be available.

Conference language

The main language of the conference is English for 2024. Oral and poster presentations and their abstracts should be thus prepared in English.

Oral presentation

Oral presentations will be 20 minutes including the discussion at the end. Presenters are kindly asked to upload their presentation in advance and to test the compatibility with the system. Both common aspect rations (4:3 and 16:9) are acceptable.

Poster presentation

The recommended poster size is A0 (841 × 1189 mm) in portrait orientation. The poster section will take place according to the program and it is expected that the authors will be present at this time. It is recommended to install the posters at the beginning of the conference and leave them on for the whole duration of the event.

Lunches

Participants can get lunch after arrival.

Accommodation

Accommodation needs to be reserved individually.

Transportation

České Budějovice is an important transport intersection of the region. Three European roads marked E pass through them, they connect the city with Prague, Linz and Pilsen. From the point of view of rail transport, České Budějovice is connected to the following railway lines:

Prague - České Budějovice
Pilsan - České Budějovice
Summerau - České Budějovice
Gmünd - České Budějovice

The České Budějovice National and International Airport is located southwest of the city near the Planá village. The EV7 long-distance cycling route, which is part of the EuroVelo network of European cycling routes, also runs through the city.

Trolleybus line number 3 directly connects the train and bus stations with the University campus (stop "Jihočeská Univerzita").
