CMSC 2016 - Information for attendees

Deadlines

Abstract submission: Friday, March 11, 2016
No abstract submission will be possible after the deadline.
Free on-line registration: Friday, March 27, 2016
On-site registration will be available for CZK 2000.

Conference language

The main language of the conference is Czech. However, the oral and poster presentations can be prepared in Czech, English and Slovak.

Oral presentation

Talks are planned for 20 minutes. It is recommended to leave a short room for discussion at the end. The information about the available power point version and about uploading the presentation will be available later.

Poster session

The recommended format is portrait A0 (841 × 1189 mm), the maximal suitable size is portrait 1000 × 1200 mm. The poster session will take place on October 20 from 6pm and it is expected that the authors will be present at this time. It is recommended to install the posters at the beginning of the conference and leave them on for the whole duration of the event.

Lunch

Lunches on Thursday and Friday are arranged on in the local canteen of the University of South Bohemia. Participants can purchase a voucher during on-line registration or register for a workshop where they receive a free voucher from the sponsoring company. By default, there will be one, pre-selected meal for the lunch on both conference days - Pork chop with cheese and potatoes (Thr) and Gratin of vegetables and potatoes (Fri).
