CMSC 2017 - Information for attendees
Deadlines
Abstract submission: Friday, March 3, 2017
No abstract submission will be possible after the deadline.
Free on-line registration: Friday, March 17, 2017
On-site registration will be available for CZK 2000.
Conference language
The main language of the conference is Czech. However, the oral and poster presentations can be prepared in Czech, English and Slovak.
Oral presentation
Talks are planned for 20 minutes. It is recommended to leave a short room for discussion at the end. Presenters are kindly asked to upload their presentation in advance and to test its function and compatibility with the available system.
Poster session
The recommended format is portrait A0 (841 × 1189 mm). The poster session will take place according to the program and it is expected that the authors will be present at this time. It is recommended to install the posters at the beginning of the conference and leave them on for the whole duration of the event.
Lunch
Participants can purchase lunches during on-line registration. These lunches will be served in cafeteria BEATA, which is located within the BEA center.
Accommodation
Accommodation needs to be reserved individually. The organizers prepared a list of suitable locations.

Transportation
BEA center is located within 15 min of walking distance from the railway station and 20 min from the bus station. BEA center can be also reached by public transportation: station “Vejdovského” (tram 1, 5, 7 and bus 13). Car parking is available at BEA center.
