Deadlines

Abstract submission: Monday 09/23/2013
No abstract submission will be possible after the deadline.
Free on-line registration: Friday 10/04/2013
On-site registration will be available for CZK 2000.

Conference language

The main language of the conference is Czech. However, the oral and poster presentations can be prepared in Czech, English and Slovak.

Oral presentation

Talks are planned for 20 minutes. It is recommended to leave a short room for discussion at the end. The information about the available power point version and about uploading the presentation will be available later.

Poster session

The recommended format is portrait A0 (841 × 1189 mm), the maximal suitable size is portrait 1000 × 1200 mm. The poster session will take place on October 20 from 6pm and it is expected that the authors will be present at this time. It is recommended to install the posters at the beginning of the conference and leave them on for the whole duration of the event.

Lunch

Lunches on Thursday and Friday are arranged on in the local cafeteria. Participants can purchase a voucher during on-line registration or register for a workshop where they receive a free voucher from the sponsoring company.

Accommodation

Accommodation needs to be reserved individually. The organizers prepared a list of suitable locations.

Hradec Kralove

Hradec Králové (german: Königgrätz) is a city in the Hradec Králové Region of Bohemia. It is located about 120 km east of Prague. The city lies on the Elbe river near its source.

How to get to Hradec Kralove from Prague

By car: Google maps will suggest several roads. It is generally recommended to take freeway (autobahn) D11.
By bus: Buses are leaving Prague from Cerny most terminal, which is accessible by metro (Cerny most station, metro line B). You can purchase a ticket online.
By train: Trains operated by the Czech railways are leaving from the Prague main station (Hlavni nadrazi station, metro line C).
