Deadlines

Abstract submission: Monday, October 5, 2026
No abstract submission will be possible after the deadline.
Free on-line registration: Monday, October 26, 2026

Conference language

The main language of the conference is English for 2026. Oral and poster presentations and their abstracts should be thus prepared in English.

Oral presentation

Oral presentations will be 20 minutes including the discussion at the end. Presenters are kindly asked to upload their presentation in advance and to test the compatibility with the system. Both common aspect rations (4:3 and 16:9) are acceptable.

Short talk

Short talks (poster talks) combine a brief oral presentation (5 minutes) with a poster presentation. The speaker should summarize the main points of their project within 5 minutes and encourage the audience to visit their poster. The same rules apply to short talks as to regular oral presentations: presenters are required to upload their slides in advance and verify that they function correctly. Both 4:3 and 16:9 presentation formats may be used. Presenters are also expected to be present at their poster during the poster session.

Poster presentation

The recommended poster size is A0 (841 × 1189 mm) in portrait orientation. The poster section will take place according to the program and it is expected that the authors will be present at this time. It is recommended to install the posters at the beginning of the conference and leave them on for the whole duration of the event.

Lunches

Lunch will be served in the canteen located in the conference venue. Before visiting the canteen, please always check in first at the conference registration.
